Karl Larsen is a dynamic entrepreneur and real estate investor with over 15 years of experience building and scaling impactful businesses. Alongside his wife, Brook Kirwin, Karl has launched multiple ventures, including a $20M+ per year sales business within the globally recognized nutrition company Herbalife. He is also the founder of LAKE Academy, a pioneering private school in Northern Minnesota dedicated to cultivating leadership, entrepreneurial thinking, and real-world learning for young students.

Today, Karl is the driving force behind two innovative startups—Northern Boys Construction Co. and Murphy’s Dirt Works—while also providing capital solutions for real estate investors and entrepreneurs seeking to fund their next project or grow their portfolio. His mission is to create long-term value through strategic investments and community-focused ventures known nutrition company Herbalife. He created and launched a thriving leadership and entrepreneurial private school in Northern Minnesota called LAKE Academy with where both of his sons attend.

Above all, Karl is a devoted husband and father of two young boys. He believes in living with purpose, staying active and healthy, and spending meaningful time outdoors in the mountains, woods, and on the lake.
