Karl Larsen is a dynamic entrepreneur and real estate investor with over 15 years of experience building and scaling impactful businesses. Alongside his wife, Brook Kirwin, Karl has launched multiple ventures, including a $20M+ per year sales business within the globally recognized nutrition company Herbalife. He is also the founder of LAKE Academy, a pioneering private school in Northern Minnesota dedicated to cultivating leadership, entrepreneurial thinking, and real-world learning for young students.

Today, Karl is focused on the Housing Affordability crisis by acquiring and updating Co-Living (rent-by-the-room) properties, while also repositioning multifamily assets in the midwest and Phoenix areas. Karl also invests in his local market by providing rental housing/apartments and Fix N' Flipping single family homes. His mission is to create long-term value through strategic investments and community-focused ventures.

Above all, Karl is a devoted husband and father of two young boys. He believes in living with purpose, staying active and healthy, and spending meaningful time outdoors in the mountains, woods, and on the lake.
